We are seeking a motivated and creative individual to join our team in our Cake Central Baking location. Salary Range: PT: $16.00 to $18.00/hr (based on experience).

Ft: $16.00 to $18.00/hr (based on experience).

Key Responsibilities:

• Adherence to Quality Standards:

Maintain high standards of quality in baking, ensuring that all products meet the company's guidelines.

Follow food safety and hygiene practices to guarantee the safety and well-being of customers.

• Cleanliness and Organization:

Maintain a clean and organized work area, including tools and equipment.

Follow established sanitation and cleanliness protocols to meet health and safety standards.

• Collaboration:

Work collaboratively with other team members, including bakers and sales staff, to ensure seamless coordination in fulfilling customer orders.

• Qualifications:

No Prior Experience Required: Willing to train candidates with a passion for baking.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to interact with customers effectively.

Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Adaptability: Willingness to learn new techniques and adapt to changing trends in baking.

Time Management: Efficiently manage time to meet production deadlines.
